Offline-first field timesheets for foremen in the remote PNW, a bid engine scraping 15+ contract sources, expenses that assign themselves, six-tab analytics, and role-gated apps for six kinds of user, bilingual EN/ES throughout.

Public analytics dashboard tracking Elon Musk's tweet velocity and the Polymarket prediction markets that trade on his posts. Real-time tweet ingest from the X API, trigger-refreshed materialized views, regime detection, Telegram alerts on regime shifts. Built as our own product, shaped by the community that uses it.

Customizable Kanban + Deliverables tool for studios and consultancies. DB-backed scope, build notes, and invoice tracking per item, designed as a client-facing 'show your work' artifact. Built for Bobi Labs' own contract management; deploys per-client with custom branding and integrations.

Real-time meeting copilot. Voicemeeter audio routing → Deepgram STT → Haiku gate → Opus tip generation, with a HUD overlay surfacing context-aware help during live calls. Used by Bobi Labs on contract calls; customizable per-tenant for small teams that need grounded answers in real time.

Automated trading bot system + analytics for sports prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi). Kelly-fractioned bet sizing, exposure caps across markets, AI-driven confidence signals across MLB / NBA / NHL / NCAA / Soccer / Esports. Three-layer caching, subscription model with Stripe, risk management baked in.

Always-on business-development engine. A 15-minute cron drives scrapers across a dozen-plus contract and job sources, a Claude scorer rates every posting against a tunable fit profile, high-fit matches get an auto-drafted proposal, and nothing leaves the building without a human reading it first. Built so a small studio keeps its pipeline full without a full-time BD hire.

The scaffold and Claude Code workflow discipline every Bobi Labs engagement starts from. Next.js, Supabase, and a typed data layer wired end to end, plus the session and memory conventions that keep AI-assisted delivery consistent across a multi-week build. Part of why a small senior team ships like a larger one.

Completion tracker for long game runs. Started as a live co-pilot for a full completionist sweep of Elden Ring + Shadow of the Erdtree (1,000+ tracked entries, 24 questlines, six verified builds), and retired at the finish line into a fully static multi-game shell: progress snapshot frozen, visitor edits overlay in localStorage, no server left to maintain.

A single page cocktail menu, built as a constraint exercise. 261 bilingual recipes, client side search, filtering and persistent state, all in one HTML file with no framework, no build step and no backend. Not every brief needs a stack.
