How we engage
Discovery
60-min scoping call. We understand the problem, who uses it, what fails today. You get a clear written plan back: phases, scope, assumptions, risks.
Build
Phase-based delivery. Typical phase: 4 to 8 weeks. Weekly check-in calls, async updates between. New scope gets scoped, not silently absorbed.
Handoff or extend
At end of scope, you either extend (next phase) or take the work in-house with full documentation. We don't lock you in. Healthy projects ship and either grow or graduate.
Pivots get scoped, not silently absorbed. New work after a phase starts gets its own scope, surfaced out loud rather than buried. Protects the timeline, the outcome, and the trust on both sides.
